About

Living on purpose, with purpose...

Life can be a rollercoaster ride and there are times when we experience tough times or frustration. Managing those situations and emotions can be challenging. In life we are taught how to do many tasks and skills but when was the last time someone taught you how to deal with your emotions? My goal is to help you learn how to identify those emotions, learn how to cope, and work through your problems to build your emotional toolbox. Sometimes we just need someone to talk to who will truly listen without judgment and offer support. That is where I am able to assist. I am able to provide either faith-based or secular counseling. Finding the right therapist is an important decision that is not to be taken lightly. I encourage you to contact me so that we can make decisions together regarding your specific needs and treatment goals. Please be mindful that I accept certain insurances and private pay clients. SPORTS COMPONENT I partner with athletic departments, organizations, and individuals to strengthen the mental side of performance where games, seasons, and careers are won or lost. As a mental health professional and performance consultant, I bridge the gap between mental health, identity, and performance, helping athletes get LOCKED IN with discipline, emotional control, and confidence under pressure. I help athletes understand that sports are what they do, not who they are, so performance is fueled by identity, not outcomes. I have worked with youth, high school, collegiate, professional, and retired athletes, equipping them with practical strategies that build focus, resilience, leadership, and consistency. I also support injured athletes through the mental side of recovery and guide career transitions, helping athletes rediscover purpose and move forward with clarity. Through keynotes, workshops, and structured programs, I deliver measurable outcomes that strengthen resilience, elevate team culture, and support long term success on and beyond the field.
